Returns & Exchanges

At Access Denied, we want to ensure your streetwear fits perfectly, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that limited edition drops and final sale items are exempt from our standard return policy.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our online portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print the Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized courier drop-off location within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
